PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY :
After a soft pressing and maceration at a
temperature of 23° C for 6 days, the wine slowly finishes its fermentation at
18° C in order to preserve its fruity aromas. Therefore, the secondary
fermentation in autoclave begins in order to complete its pleasant and rustic
typicality with delicate effervescence.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS :
Ruby red sparkling colour with a
varietal intensity, consistent flavour, fresh and young, persistent, full bodied
bouquet and fragrant with forest fruits remnants.
RECOMMENDED CUISINE :
Soups and savoury white meats.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 18°C
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME : 12% vol
