PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY :

Light pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16°C, the wine is then placed in autoclave where a slow secondary fermentation completes its fragrance giving is a delicate effervescence.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS :

Greenish straw yellow colour, delicate flavour and characteristic with a bitter aftertaste, intense bouquet, very fresh with hints of mint and fresh flowers.

RECOMMENDED CUISINE :

Ideal with aperitifs, pasta, risotto with sauces and vegetables, fish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10°C

ALCOHOL BY VOLUME : 11,5% vol

BOTTLE : Tall Bordolese 0.75 litres.
