PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY :
Following a cold pre-fermentation maceration it ferments at a temperature of 23°C for 10 days in order to exalt its fresh and fruity aromas.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS :
Sparkling ruby red colour, fruity taste, soft, elegant, particularly varietal bouquet, offers persistent hints of cherry and red fruit jam.
RECOMMENDED CUISINE :
Soups, white meats, wild game patè and medium term aged cheeses.
